Green Beans Coffee Company operates Seattle-style cafés with more than seventy domestic and international locations. Green Beans opened its doors for business over 12 years ago, focusing on serving U.S. military troops deployed overseas. We are excited to provide the same great products and service experience to customers here at home that we are known for abroad!
Our twelve-year heritage of supporting those that put their lives at stake for our Country is firmly rooted and non-negotiable. Our motto of "Honor First, Coffee Second" is the foundation of our operating philosophy and carries over into our commitment of giving back on a national level, where a portion of every sale is donated to charities that strive to improve life for Soldiers and military families.
As our name suggests, we strive to operate as a 'green' business, sourcing a large portion of our coffee from certified organic and/or shade-grown farms; whenever possible, we build and operate our cafes with a small environmental footprint.
Green Beans Coffee Company offers health and dental insurance plus 401K benefits for its domestic employees who work a quarterly average of 30 hours or more per week. Employees are eligible for insurance coverage following 90 days of employment, assuming they meet the aforementioned criteria.
