We are committed to provide the best possible support services to help our Franchise Owners and Area Developers be successful. We will provide franchise support systems that can be easily communicated and implemented.
- Assistance throughout the development process, including site selection, construction and design support, as well as equipment and product ordering
- Comprehensive training is provided for up to four people at the California headquarters, training is recommended for the franchisee and store
- On-site Grand Opening assistance
- Ongoing marketing, advertising and promotional support on the local level
- Continuous operational and marketing/business planning support
- Regular franchise communications including newsletters, web-based conferences and an annual franchise conference
- Ongoing charitable contributions to national organizations supporting men and women in uniform and their families
