What is Green Beans Coffee looking for?
Owner operated - It is important to take ownership of your business and ensure it operated correctly and efficiently under your guidance and immediate supervision. We train and develop you and your staff to effectively operate and manage a Green Beans Coffee facility. It is your responsibility to execute the collaborative plan for building your business and to develop a substantial base of loyal customers.
Prior management experience in retail and food industry (Preferred) - Understanding the requirements of managing a retail food location is critical to being successful both in the short-term and long-term in building your business. Green Beans Coffee will partner with the franchisee to develop your skill-sets and adapt them to the operational excellence of Green Beans Coffee Company.
Ability - There is a time and financial commitment required of yourself, your family, your staff and Green Beans Coffee Company. You have to be able to invest long hours to build and operate your business. Furthermore, the ability to sustain the operation for at least a year without taking a salary or compensation is important to building your business and being able to reinvest in growth of your new business.
