We have had a unique opportunity to train and develop staff with all-levels of experience in four continents and ten countries. We pride ourselves and Green Beans Coffee in providing the best product and service in the marketplace. We have an extensive training program that includes three to five days of on-the-job training in one of our cafés. You will learn every step necessary to own and operate a Green Beans Coffee café. Our system ensures you are prepared to own and operate the day-to-day business of a café. |
