Franchise Owners
To help establish Green Beans Worldcafé as a strong national chain, Green Beans Coffee Company is looking for entrepreneurial individuals who are interested in owning and operating their own cafe. No two Franchise Owners are exactly alike, but for the most part, they are hands-on individuals who take pride in building their own business and serving a quality product to their community. Franchise Owners pay an initial franchise fee with a discount on second and third units. Ongoing royalty fees, a percentage of each Franchise Owner's sales, are paid to Green Beans Coffee Company.
Area Developers
Also entrepreneurs by nature, Area Developers (AD's) are focused on building their territories, selling Green Beans Worldcafé franchises, and supporting Franchise Owners. An AD pays the Green Beans Coffee Company a one-time marketing fee for the right to sell franchises in a designated, non-exclusive, geographical area. Each AD purchases the rights to a territory based on the population within that area and signs a contract to sell a designated number of franchises within a specified time period. In addition to their sales role, AD's are also responsible for coordinating training and providing local support for Franchise Owners they bring on.
