Concession-Style Café: 400 to 1,000 Square Foot smaller scale build-out interior with minimal or no seating, community restrooms, full-featured counter, pastry case, grab-n-go food options, breakfast and lunch menu (optional), full coffee and tea beverage menu, whole bean coffee and tea assortment, brewing equipment for resale and potentially a drive-thru option.

Stand-alone Drive-Thru: (9 feet x 28 feet) Free-standing dual drive-thru plus walk-up window, restroom, pastry and grab-n-go food options, breakfast and lunch menu (optional), full coffee and tea beverage menu, whole bean coffee (optional) and tea assortment (optional) and brewing equipment for resale (optional).
